Return & Refund Policy

At Goshen Legacy™ LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a transaction with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Goshen Legacy™ LLC and its affiliated divisions and brands, including but not limited to VirtuousBella™, are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of our digital products, services, and customized offerings, we do not offer refunds for the following:

1. Digital Products – This includes, but is not limited to, eBooks, digital workbooks, courses, templates, printables, and downloadable resources.
2. Career & Business Services – Due to the time, customization, and effort involved in providing career-related services (resume reviews, coaching, consultations, etc.), these services are non-refundable once purchased.
3. Physical Products – All sales of physical products (e.g., books, planners, apparel, merchandise, and accessories) are final.

Case-by-Case Exchanges or Refunds

While we maintain a strict no refund policy, exchanges or refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of Goshen Legacy™ LLC under limited circumstances, such as:

• Defective or damaged physical products received due to shipping errors.
• Errors on our part, such as receiving an incorrect item.

To request an exchange or refund in these rare cases, customers must contact us at orders@TheGoshenLegacy.com within 5 business days of receiving the product. Proof of purchase and photo evidence of the issue may be required.

Chargeback & Fraudulent Claims Policy

We take chargebacks and fraudulent claims very seriously. If a customer disputes a charge with their bank rather than contacting us first to resolve an issue, they will be:

1. Immediately banned from future purchases on our platform.
2. Permanently blocked from accessing any purchased digital products or services.

Chargebacks result in unnecessary fees and damage to our business, and we reserve the right to pursue further action in cases of fraudulent disputes.

Policy Modifications

Goshen Legacy™ LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or change this policy at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to review this policy before making a purchase.
